Article abstract: In order to further improve the maintenance efficiency of digital weighing defective products and increase the economic benefits of enterprises, this paper classifies the common fault characterization of digital weighing load cell in the production process, and puts forward the corresponding repair methods. At the same time,  the common fault causes and detection process of the load cell are briefly described, so that relevant technicians can quickly and accurately locate the fault point of poor quality goods and improve the detection speed.


The digital load cell is a comprehensive electromechanical product integrating electrical, mechanics, information, mathematics and other disciplines. Digital load cell hardware structure generally consists of two parts: analog load cell circuit and digital circuit. At present, most of the analog load cell circuit part uses metal elastic body deformation. Through the strain bridge circuit, the three major changes of force, object deformation, and electrical signal output can be realized. The digital processing circuit is mainly composed of an A/D analog-to-digital converter, a microprocessor, a memory, and an interface circuit. It can modify the output of the analog circuit in combination with the corresponding mathematical model and software algorithm, and greatly improve the overall performance of the load cell.


Digital load cells are widely used in load detection, industrial control, online control and other fields, and have attracted widespread attention. Therefore, in order to ensure that the digital load cell can have various performances that meet the requirements and the ability to maintain normal and stable work under a certain time and working environment, the common faults of the digital load cell defective during the production process are analyzed and summarized. It is very necessary to ensure that the overall production products have excellent working reliability.


With the continuous development and progress of digital weighing sensor technology, its quality and stability have become more and more important. The failures of digital load cells are cross-cutting, and there may be multiple failure reasons behind a certain failure characterization. To quickly locate the fault point, technicians are required to be familiar with the working principle of the sensor, and through a large number of practical operations to summarize the experience, improve their own ability to repair defective products.
