As an important tool for elevator weighing, the load sensor also plays a very important role. At present, with the continuous expansion of the application range of intelligent elevators, the frequency of load sensors used in intelligent elevators is also expanding.
2 Application status of intelligent elevator
The popularity of intelligent elevators greatly facilitates passengers, mainly used in high-traffic and high-grade buildings, such as urban shopping plazas, hotels, hotels, etc., most of which are equipped with intelligent elevators. However, the actual effect is not ideal, due to the large flow of people in public places, the quality of personnel is uneven, which undoubtedly increases the probability of damage to intelligent elevators. Through visiting and investigating in local shopping malls and other public places equipped with intelligent elevators, the data we obtained shows that the number of invalid operations performed by elevators confirms that the frequency of invalid commands executed by elevators is very high due to random pressing of elevator buttons. At the same time, the execution of invalid commands increases the time cost and gives the elevator the upper and lower elevator
Passengers cause inconvenience to take the elevator, which runs counter to the original intention of intelligent elevators to bring convenience to passengers. It is also the case that passengers have to wait too long for the elevator or have temporary problems
Leaving the elevator riding point, failing to cancel the elevator instructions in time, which will also cause ineffective opening and closing of the elevator door and the elevator, which will undoubtedly increase the operating cost of the elevator and the waiting time of other passengers. From the point and surface, it can be seen that the use of intelligent elevators in most areas of China is not ideal, intelligent elevators have failed to achieve the goal of truly convenient passengers, and have also brought greater operating cost failure risk to elevator investors.
3 Introduction to load cell applications
Based on the above analysis of the application of intelligent elevators, we urgently need to change this situation through certain methods. The main research below is to achieve timely elevator information transmission through the weighing sensor, help the intelligent elevator identify invalid instructions, save the operating cost of the elevator, facilitate the majority of passengers, and make the intelligent elevator more convenient.
3.1 Working principle of load cell
The application of weighing sensor is mainly to realize the identification of invalid instructions by intelligent elevator through the weight change inside the car, so as to reduce the operating cost of elevator and improve the operating efficiency. Elevator weighing sensor is an important part of elevator weighing device, and other components include elevator weighing sensor, signal amplifier and elevator main control board. In order to visually detect the weight of the elevator, a shielded cable is connected between the signal sensor and the signal amplifier, and another shielded cable is also connected between the signal amplifier and the elevator main control board. The resistance strain gauge is pasted on the elastic sensitive element to form the bridge in an appropriate way, thus converting the mass of the object into an electrical signal. It mainly consists of two parts. The first part is an elastic sensitive element, which converts the pressure and mass of the measured object into the strain value of the elastomer; The second part is the resistance strain gauge as the sensing element, which converts the strain of the elastomer into the change of the resistance value synchronously, and then carries out the corresponding conversion output.
3.2 Selection of load cell
For the sensor taken by the intelligent elevator to meet the above needs, we have made the following considerations, for the cost of the weighing sensor, the quality of the elevator itself, the elevator weighing system and other original conditions, we have made a specific analysis, we have chosen to achieve the final selection and debugging of the weighing sensor through the signal input terminal implanted in the MCU. For the operation steps of the implantation of the microcontroller is not complicated, we first find the original sensor placed under the car, and carefully implant the microcontroller in the sensor, pay attention to not destroy the original sensor, so that it is not worth the loss, after implantation, gently cover the whole sensor with a covering, so that the weighing sensor completes the laying work in the intelligent elevator.
