The weighing instrument is an electronic device that converts the signal of the weighing sensor to a weight number, and can store, statistics, and print on the weight data.
The instrument designed by the various re -instrument manufacturers, the integrated circuit chip used inside is a variety of diverse, but the basic functional modules are similar. The inside of the weighing instrument is generally composed of the following modules: A/D conversion module, power module, CPU module, keyboard display module, communication module, printing, I/O module, etc.
The weighing instrument can be divided into two categories according to the purpose, one is the opening control type, and the other is a closed -loop control type. The opening control type instrument only shows weight display, without I/O functions, mainly used in categories such as automotive balance, ground balance, and platform scales that only require displayed weights. The closed -loop control type instrument has an I/O circuit, which should control the work of external equipment according to the size of the weight. This type of instrument is mainly used for industrial weighs with external execution agencies such as packaging scales, ingredients scales, and filling scales.
The weighing instrument must be used to calibrate with the weighing sensor before use. Calibration is actually using standard weights to calibrate the weighing instrument The calibration instrument is stored in the instrument with a calibration coefficient relative to this group of sensors. With this coefficient, the instrument can transform the simulation signal of the sensor into a weight number display. Therefore, when a meter used in use is damaged, it cannot be replaced with another unparalleled instrument.
The digital instrument that has appeared in recent years is used by supporting digital sensors. There is no A/D module in the meter, and the A/D module is placed on the sensor side. The digital instrument receives the digital signal sent by the sensor. The digital instrument can detect the weight signal of each sensor. It is convenient to find the faulty sensor. At the same time, it can be completed at one time.
