1 Introduction
1.1 Research Background
The weighing of large goods is measured by the weighbridge. With the progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology, unattended weighbridges have been derived. Unattended bladder technology is a relatively new technology in my country's ports and related industries.
In actual production practice, how to solve the problem of manpower and efficiency has become a research topic of many researchers. The unattended weighbridge just solved this problem. There is no need to manually weigh and print the weighing list, and there is no need to communicate with the driver, and no need to look at the license plate number, all of which perfectly solve the problems of manpower and efficiency.
In recent years, with the continuous rise of labor costs and the progress of the times, unattended weighbridges have gradually become popular across the country. This article draws on the experience of unattended weighbridges in domestic terminals, analyzes the situation in our port, and discusses the feasibility of unattended weighbridges in our port.
1.2 Research purpose and significance
The platform weighing system has been used for many years in the loading and unloading operations of Shenzhen Chiwan Port. The computer is connected with the platform weighing instrument to realize the automatic collection and computer processing of weighing data. However, there are still some problems in the existing platform weighing system. If these problems can be solved or minimized, the operation efficiency can be greatly improved, and greater value and benefits can be created for the company.
If the unattended weighbridge system under study can be developed according to the actual situation in Hong Kong and implemented, it will definitely be improved in many ways: ①Centralized management of the weighbridge, reducing the number of weighbridge personnel, and reducing the burden on enterprises . ②Speed up weighing speed and improve production efficiency. ③ Standardize the weighing process, plug the loopholes, and more effectively avoid the occurrence of cheating. ④ Improve the accuracy and real-time performance of weighing data collection. ⑤Improve the management of weighed vehicles to achieve the perfect combination of vehicles and trucks. ⑥ Realize the seamless connection with the production system. ⑦ Improve the supervision efficiency and objectivity of customs and other port government departments.
2 Current situation analysis of Shenzhen Chiwan Port weighbridge
2.1 Staff structure
Shenzhen Chiwan Port has a total of 4 scales and 8 scales, including two scales at No. 1 scale station and No. 2 scale station in the port area, 3 scales at the main entrance scale station, and one scale at the bonded station outside the port area. .
There are currently 15 employees in the weighbridge team of Shenzhen Chiwan Port Operation Department, including 1 team leader, 1 statistician, and 13 weighers. They are divided into two teams, and the wharf implements a two-shift system. Under normal circumstances, there will be 1 or 2 people taking turns off, so there are about 5 weighers who go to work every day.
5 Conclusion
The weighbridge system of Shenzhen Chiwan Port has been used for more than ten years and can basically meet the current production needs. Over the past ten years, with the rapid development of the economy and the continuous reform of technology, Shenzhen Chiwan Port weighbridge has also been continuously improved. From the computer to the current special computer, the increase in the number of weighing rooms, the update of weighing equipment, etc., all testify to the passage of time and the advancement of technology.
Of course, there are still several issues worthy of our consideration: ① Whether input and output can be directly proportional. ② Redistribution of weighing staff. ③ Managers agree that it is fundamental to promote technology introduction. ④Whether the pound house is remodeled or newly built. ⑤Whether it affects the original workflow.
