Background technology with the rapid development of my country's logistics and transportation industry, the number of trucks has risen sharply. In the process of vehicle transportation, on-board over-limit detection is an important task. In the current traffic accidents involving heavy vehicles and road and bridge damage accidents, they are almost closely related to vehicle overload. Therefore, monitoring and controlling overload is an important part of achieving transportation safety. At present, a variety of vehicle-mounted weighing online detection systems have been developed, but most of them are vehicle-mounted weighing management systems for internal management and monitoring of transportation companies. However, there are still few road-mounted overload-free detection systems used by traffic supervision departments. Overload detection is one of the important responsibilities of the traffic supervision department, and most of the current vehicle load weighing is to measure the vehicle through a floor scale. This method takes a long time and can only be sampled, which seriously affects the efficiency of vehicle load measurement. In view of the above shortcomings of the prior art, this article provides a parking-free in-vehicle weighing on-line detection system, which aims to realize the vehicle-mounted weighing and parking-free measurement, that is, the vehicle load is measured when the vehicle is not parked. Save time for vehicle overload inspection.

Overall scheme of the vehicle-mounted weighing online detection system is for free parking. The vehicle-mounted weighing system discussed in this article uses weighing sensor technology. Radio frequency technology, network technology and other technologies collect information about the loading of passing trucks at a fixed point and realize the Persons on duty quickly monitor the overloading information of past trucks and their management. As shown in Figure 1, in the on-line inspection system for parking-free vehicle weighing, it mainly includes three subsystems, which is vehicle-mounted weighing collection terminal, fixed-point overload detection base station and central monitoring platform. Among them, the fixed-point overload detection base station senses passing cars and sends the vehicle-mounted weighing measurement instructions to the cars. The vehicle-mounted weighing collection terminal collects and filters the load information of the vehicle and transmits the vehicle information and load information back to the fixed-point overload detection base station. The fixed-point overload detection base station uploads vehicle information and load information to the central monitoring platform.

The vehicle weighing collection terminal is shown in Figure 2. The vehicle weighing collection terminal includes, which is radio frequency communication module, main controller, vehicle weighing sensor, A/D converter and digital filter. Among them, the radio frequency communication module is used to communicate with the fixed-point vehicle-mounted weighing base station including receiving weighing measurement requests from the fixed-point base station, receiving weighing measurement data and vehicle ID. The main controller is mainly used to process the obtained vehicle weighing data including judging according to the running state of the vehicle and performing data processing to obtain real vehicle data. So as to avoid weighing data fluctuations caused by uneven roads or vehicle acceleration.
