The cantilever beam sensor is a kind of structure widely used in weighing instruments. The lower surface of the cantilever beam in the cantilever sensor is provided with a trapezoidal step with a height of about 6mm, the trapezoidal step fixed on the measuring base constitutes a fixed part, and the part suspended above the measuring base constitutes an elastic deformation part, and the inner arm of the cantilever beam is also provided with a strain resistance and a measurement signal generation component electrically connected with the strain resistance. In the process of use, when the cantilever beam bears a certain load, the cantilever beam takes its fixed end as the fulcrum to undergo elastic deformation and bend, and the strain resistance sheet also produces corresponding deformation, and the shape variable is read out or displayed by the measurement signal generator component.
