Details of electronic hook scales standard and regulations

The tools of weighing instruments are related to the vital interests of the world, country, society, individuals, and families, so they have always paid attention to. Whether it is suggestions, product standards and verification regulations, electronic hook scales have strictly and comprehensive regulations.

1. The requirements for structure

(1) Applicability of application

The structural design of the weighing device should meet the purpose of the expected use. In the just released GB/T7723-2008 "Fixed Electronic Balancer", for this provision, for the current domestic use, the large scale with a large scale from 30T to 150T large-scale weeks proposes a request for relative deformation. That is, during the detection of the newly installed installation, the large deformation of the bearer is not greater than 1/800.

(2) Applicability used

The structure of the weighing device should be reasonable, strong, and durable to ensure the measurement performance during its use period. And, for the balanced instrument installed on the basis, the foundation should meet the following requirements:

(1) The carrying capacity requirements must be met when the large load load of the balancer

(2) The two ends should have a length equal to half (but do not require more than 12m), and width equal to the bearer, and maintain a straight channel at the same level of the same level plane as the carrier. At least 3m near the carrier ends are made of concrete or other sturdy materials, which can withstand all loads with equal to the bearer; the slope of the remaining part of the ground -to -ground channel should ensure that the vehicle enters.

(3) Applicability of verification

The structure of the weighing device should meet the test requirements, and its bearer should be able to place the weight easily and safely, otherwise the supporting device should be added.

3. Security

The balance should not have the characteristics that are easy to use.

The structure of the balance should be met with significant warnings when the control component is invalid or accidental disorders, unless it is impossible to generate any interference with exact function.

The balancer can set the automatic or semi -automatic range adjustment device. The device should be installed inside the hanging scale and it is integrated with it. After being protected, it cannot affect it outside.

2. Relevant regulations

(1) The verification points of the electronic hook scale are equal to the actual points value, that is, the type of E = D; the type of the balancer; the test score; Indicator device

E is chosen by manufacturers according to the requirements of 3.2 and 3.4.2.

Also stipulated:

Only the special accuracy level (I) and the high accuracy level (Ⅱ) balancer can be equipped with auxiliary indicator device. This device can be:

——Adder with a travel code

——Tjip readings device

—— Add display device

——The indicator device with a differential ruler score.

In other words, the "medium accuracy level (III)" balancer can only execute the E = d.

(2) The balance of E ≠ D

From the above regulations, it can be seen that only the special accuracy level (Ⅰ) and high accuracy level (Ⅱ), the test score value E is determined by the following expressions: d≤e≤E = 10k kg, k is a positive integer , Negative for integer or zero.

(3) Other influence and restrictions

When an outdoor weighing device is installed and does not take appropriate protection measures to prevent the impact of the atmospheric environment, if the number of scores N is relatively large, it may not meet its measurement requirements and technical requirements.

(4) Regulations on NLC≥N

For each weighing sensor, the large score of the weight sensor NLC shall not be less than the number of test scores of the balancer N: NLC ≥

This regulation is essentially limited the scores of the balance. In other words, if the electronic hook scale uses C3 (3000V) weighing sensor, the number of test scores can only be 3000E.
