Analysis on Uncertainty Evaluation of Electronic Weighing Instrument Metrological Verifification

In the process of using cantilever type electronic scale, the level of installation position is the premise to ensure its accuracy, but in practical application, the installation plane is often non horizontal, such as the electronic scale being on the vehicle,on the transport belt and so on. In this way,the accuracy of the electronic scale will be compromised, resulting in inaccurate weighing and even large error. According to the working mechanism of the cantilever type weighing sensor,an algorithm is proposed to compensate the weighing error when the cantilever type electronic scale is tilted all around. The automatic compensation of the weighing error is realized when the tilt angle between the platform and the horizontal plane is less than 12 degrees. The results show that the no-load indication error is 0 and the absolute value of full load indication error is less than 5 g for the double hole cantilever beam electronic scale with the range of 30 000 g and resolution of 5 g,which meets the national standard of GBT7722- 2005 Electronic portable platform and bench scale.

For the principle of electronics, it refers to placing the object on the electronic scale. The force of the force on the bearer is converted towards the electronic signal under the action of the sensor, and then displayed on the weighing table by simulating or digital form. The use of electronic weighing in this process can effectively shorten the working hours, reduce labor intensity, promote the improvement of labor efficiency, and provide accurate reference basis for the quality inspection of relevant enterprises.
1 Related concept analysis
The weighing device refers to the tools to determine the quality of the object, mainly based on the law of Hu Ke, or the principle of leveraged balance through the law of Hu Ke, or the tools of the principle of leverage balance. The system, weighing system, and display value system can be divided into electronic scales, mechanical scales, and electromechanical combination scales. At present, electronic scale has gradually evolved into a very common tool for people's daily life. Driven by modern technology, the function of the balance instrument is more abundant and perfect, which can meet people's different needs, and the accuracy and efficiency are higher. Widely used in all areas of society. Among them, the mechanical scale is a traditional balance instrument with a longer development time, and the corresponding era products can be found in ancient Chinese history. For electronic weighing instruments, it involves multiple types. The relevant information and data received by the digital display is an electrical signal output by the weighing sensor, which contains digital and analog quantity. It is particularly common to be a few millivoli simulation voltage.
