As an important part of the feed tower system of large-scale farms, the intelligent weighing system of the feeding tower plays a pivotal role in accurate weighing, feed control, breeding analysis, cost saving, etc. The selection method is critical.

Material tower weighing principle:

 

The four or six pressure-type weighing modules installed in the material tower transmit the weight signal of the body to the junction box. The signal of each weighing module is connected in parallel in the junction box, and the angular difference can be adjusted according to the load of each weighing module. After collection, the weighing terminal or weight transmitter processes the weight signal into corresponding weight data.

 

The weighing module is a new type of weighing element, which combines load cells, load transfer devices and installation connectors, and can be easily connected to various shapes of mechanical devices, such as raceways, platforms, etc. , vertical tanks, tanks, hoppers, etc.

 

Material tower weighing system, including:

1. Conical weighing support

2. Load-bearing bolts

3. Load cell

4. Locking bolts

 

According to the needs of use, a display instrument with output control and a large external display screen are optional!

 

There is usually a weighing device at the bottom of the material tower, and we need to debug it during the installation process. Next, I will share with you the specific debugging method of the weighing device, so that everyone can understand, and then it is convenient for everyone to debug and install.

 

1. Connect the channel steel base and the sensor with M16X70 bolts, and then tighten them. The protective bolts of the semi-floating and fixed sensors need to be loosened, adjust the position of the connecting plate on the sensor, and then insert the bolts into the mounting holes and tighten them.

 

2. After assembling the material tower, keep it in the down state. The bolts between the sensor and the material tower leg mounting plate should be connected, but not too tight, and then the channel steel base and the material tower mounting plate should be connected with screws, and tightened to ensure that there is a certain gap between the sensor and the material tower plate installation , so as to ensure that the sensor will not be damaged when lifting the tower.

 

3. After hoisting the tower with a crane, adjust the screws connecting the channel steel base and the tower leg mounting plate to lower the tower leg mounting plate onto the sensor, and then tighten the bolts. The connection of the tower leg mounting plate is not strong, so it will not affect the weighing.

 

4. Adjust the protective bolt of the sensor so that it can rotate freely to ensure accurate weighing.

During our installation and commissioning, construction personnel also need to pay attention to the following items to avoid failures:

 

(1) The galvanized sheet metal tower should be installed on the concrete foundation more than 100mm above the ground, and according to the need, use the water pump and fan as the foundation for concrete condensation.

 

(2) During transportation and installation, the galvanized sheet tower should be protected, and the body and parts should not be damaged.

 

(3) After the galvanized sheet tower leaves the factory, it will be packaged and transported in sections according to the specific situation, and the installer will go to the site for installation and debugging.

4) If the galvanized sheet metal tower has been installed and works outdoors, please pay attention to prevent the bottom of the pool from freezing in winter.

 

(5) There is a liquid level mark on the pool at the bottom of the equipment. Before use, be sure to inject the absorbent according to the liquid level mark, and pay attention to replenish the absorbent during use.

 

(6) During use, the circulating water pump should be turned on for 2 to 3 minutes, and the blower should also be turned on at the same time. When stopping, the blower should be stopped for 1 to 2 minutes, and then the circulating water pump should be stopped.
