The most typical equipment in the construction equipment industry is the concrete mixing station, and weighing sensors are widely used in concrete mixing stations. The weighing system of the concrete mixing station consists of weighing buckets, weighing sensors, booms, bolts, pins and other components. Among them, weighing sensors play an important role in weighing. Unlike commonly used electronic scales, the weighing sensors of concrete mixing stations have poor working conditions and are affected by factors such as environment, temperature, humidity, dust, impact vibration, and environment. Therefore, it is particularly important to ensure that the weighing sensors maintain high accuracy and high stability when working in harsh environments.
The application of weighing sensors in concrete mixing stations should consider the following issues:
1. Rated load of weighing sensor = hopper deadweight = rated weight (0.6-0.7) * number of sensors
2. Selection of weighing sensor accuracy
The principle of the application of weighing sensors in concrete mixing stations is to convert the weight signal it senses into an electrical signal output. The sensor is very sensitive to the external environment, so it must be strictly careful during installation, use, repair and maintenance, which are all related to the accuracy of later weighing.
3. Load considerations
Weighing sensors are damaged from time to time due to overload. Therefore, the presence or absence of overload protection has a certain impact on the reliability of the weighing system. You need to consider two parameters: allowable overload and limited overload.
4. Protection level of weighing sensor
The degree of protection is usually expressed by IP.
IP: Protection level of electrical product housing with a voltage not exceeding 72.5KV.
IP67: Dustproof and short-term water immersion resistance
IP68: Dustproof, prevent continuous water immersion
The above protection does not include external influences such as damage and corrosion of small motors.
